Evaluation of cooperation with the Icelandic partner

1. High level of professionalism and commitment

Experience and expertise

-Expertise: The Icelandic partner brought deep knowledge and experience of working with NEETs youth to the project. Iceland has well-developed support programmes for this group, which allowed the project to use proven and effective methods.
-Professionalism: Cooperation with the Icelandic partner was characterised by a high level of professionalism. The Icelandic experts were well prepared, organised and focused on achieving their goals.

Commitment and cooperation

-Commitment to the project: the Icelandic partner showed a high level of commitment to the project. They actively participated in meetings, workshops and trainings, sharing their experiences and knowledge.
-International cooperation: Openness and willingness to cooperate were key elements that contributed to the success of the project. The Icelandic partners were flexible and ready to adapt their methods and tools to the Polish context.

2. Innovation and effectiveness of methods

Introduction of new tools and practices

– Modern methods: The Icelandic partners introduced modern and innovative methods of working with NEETs youth, which were adapted to the Polish context. These methods have proven to be effective in increasing youth engagement and motivation.
– Innovative tools: The Icelandic partner provided diagnostic and monitoring tools that helped to better understand the needs of young people and to effectively monitor their progress.
Holistic approach
– Holisticsupport: The Icelandic model of working with NEETs included a holistic approach, covering not only vocational but also social, educational and psychological aspects. This approach was positively evaluated by the Polish partners as comprehensive and effective.

 

3. Increasing the competences of career counsellors

– Skills upgrading: The Icelandic partner carried out a number of trainings and workshops that enhanced the qualifications of the Polish career counsellors. As a result, the counsellors acquired new skills and knowledge, which increased the effectiveness of their work.
– Practical skills: The trainings focused on practical skills, such as creating individual development plans, motivational techniques and diagnostic tools, which was crucial for the daily work of the counsellors.

4. Long-term impact and sustainability of results

Sustainability of outcomes

– Long-term impact: Working with the Icelandic partner, the project has developed sustainable and long-term solutions. The methods and tools introduced by the project will continue to be used beyond the end of the project, ensuring the sustainability of the effects.
-Policy shaping: The results of the project, including the successes in working with NEETs youth, can influence the shaping of more effective public policies to support this group in Poland.

Network building

Summary

The evaluation of the cooperation with the Icelandic partner in the project for NEETs young people is very positive. The Icelandic partner brought professionalism, commitment, innovative methods and tools to the project, which contributed significantly to the success of the project. The cooperation not only improved the qualifications of the Polish career counsellors, but also introduced sustainable and effective solutions in working with NEETs youth, which will have a long-term impact on public policies and the support system in Poland.
