Plan to ensure sustainability of the project after the end of funding

1. Use of project results

Integration of the results into the daily work of guidance practitioners

– Use of new methods and tools: The career counsellors will continue to use the new methods and tools acquired during the project to work with NEETs young people, ensuring continuity and sustainability of the innovations introduced.
– Maintenance of training and workshops: The organisation of regular trainings and workshops for career counsellors, based on the materials and experiences gained during the project, will be crucial to maintain a high level of competence.
Documentation and learning materials
– Publications and reports: The results of the project, including case studies, analyses and reports, will be published and made available to a wide audience. They will be available to other organisations, institutions and individuals interested in NEETs issues.
– Training materials: The training materials developed as part of the project will be available online, allowing them to be widely used by careers advisors, educators and other interested parties.

2. Further developing cooperation

Continued partnership with Iceland

– Continuedinternational cooperation: Maintain regular contact with the Icelandic partner and plan joint initiatives and projects to continue and build on the results achieved.
– Exchange of good practices: Regular meetings, conferences and seminars to further exchange experiences and good practices between Poland and Iceland.
Extension of cooperation networks
– Partnerships with other countries: Establish partnerships with other countries that have similar experiences and challenges with NEETs young people to create a wider international support network.
-Local and regional coalitions: Createlocal and regional coalitions with other organisations and institutions that can work together to support NEETs young people.

3. Use of results by other target groups, institutions and settings

Schools and educational institutions

– Educational programmes: Integration of the project results into the educational programmes of schools and vocational training institutions to better prepare students for the requirements of the labour market.
– Vocational guidance in schools: Using the developed tools and methods in school-based career counselling to more effectively support students at risk of exclusion from the labour market.
NGOs and community organisations
-Adaptation of materials: NGOs and community organisations can adapt the materials and tools developed by the project to their support programmes for young NEETs.
– Training for staff: These organisations can make use of available trainings and workshops to improve the skills of their staff and volunteers.
Public and governmental institutions
– Public policies: The results of the project can be used to shape more effective public policies and support programmes for NEETs youth at local, regional and national levels.
– Funding new initiatives: Public institutions can financially support new initiatives based on the project results to ensure their sustainability and further development.
Businesses and the private sector
– Internship and apprenticeship programmes: Companies can use the project results to create internship and apprenticeship programmes that respond to the needs of NEETs young people and at the same time meet the human resource needs of companies.
-In-house training: companies can implement in-house training based on the methods and tools developed to support the professional development of young people.

Cel Projektu

Głównym celem projektu jest rozwój poradnictwa zawodowego dla doradców zawodowych w Polsce, oparty na sprawdzonym modelu islandzkim. Projekt ma na celu zwiększenie efektywności i jakości doradztwa zawodowego poprzez dostarczenie nowoczesnych narzędzi, technik oraz strategii stosowanych w Islandii.
